Raghav Sachar’s Soulful Rendition Of Iconic Song ‘Zara Zara’ Brings Back Memories

Some songs don’t just confine themselves to a year or two. They transcend generations and become a part of the collective memory. They lend themselves to reinvention and only a few artists possess the touch to reinterpret the song while adhering to its emotions and roots. One such song is the immortal Zara Zara from the movie Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein (RHTDM), which was recently essayed by the extremely talented Raghav Sachar in an Instagram reel, bringing back memories. The classic song was composed by Harris Jayaraj and sung by Bombay Jayashri.

In the reel, Raghav Sachar can be seen singing the song in a dulcet voice rich with emotion. Raghav not only used his voice but also his facial expressions to perfectly convey the heartache, the yearning, and the pangs of love. Raghav’s singing pace is slowed to let the emotions and memories sink into the viewers and take them back in time.

Raghav has also invited fans and followers alike to use the reel and rediscover this class for themselves. Tagging Jayaraj as well, Raghav has shown us how to respectfully and beautifully pay tribute to a song while bringing in their own artistic touch and we, at Jay-Ho! The Jay Kumar Show couldn’t be more thrilled to see Raghav Sachar on the Gram. The prodigious singer and multi-instrumentalist was recently a guest on the show where we discovered the depths of his artistry.

Raghav revealed the backstory of his song “One two three,” where he sang both the male and female sections. The director-producer and the audience loved it, thanks to his retro touch to the female part. This led to six years of interviews for his unique singing skill. And, he also showcases his talent again on Jay-Ho! The Jay Kumar Show.
